BroCap is specialized in the research, the acquisition and the redevelopment of abandoned, neglected and possibly polluted sites (the alleged brownfields). BroCap trades in its own name (by the brownfield investment fund ReGenius) or offers solutions in collaboration with third parties (owners, property developers, investment companies) by using financial en juridical instruments, risk management (risk appreciation and risk control with the conveyance of a terrain), process management and financing.

The BroCap team has an extensive knowledge and experience in all the aspects of the brownfield redevelopment (juridical, financial & technical) and the brownfield redevelopment process (taking-over of grounds or shares, investment structure, soil sanitation and redevelopment).
